You’ve outlined your idea 17 times.
Rewritten the first module 3 times.
Polished the Canva banner until your eyes went blurry.
And still—no course. No launch. No sales.
Not because you’re not smart.
Not because you’re not capable.
But because somewhere along the way, “perfect” became the price of permission.
Let’s break that belief right now.

Here’s what I know from coaching hundreds of women:
✨ The ones who win aren’t the most polished.
✨ They’re the most willing.
✨ Willing to start before it’s finished.
✨ Willing to sell before it’s built.
✨ Willing to move before they feel “ready.”
The women who move even before feeling 100% ready aren't smarter than you or have more experience than you. They just decided to move and not get stuck in a cycle of over-preparing.
The antidote? Pre-sell it. Deliver it after.
Refine only after getting feedback, because you can't refine something until it's actually out and you know people want it, and it works.
This is the exact pre-sell method I teach to my students inside ACA—because momentum leads to mastery, not the other way around.
✨ Step 1: Clarify the End Transformation (Not the Entire Curriculum)
You don’t need 47 lessons. You need one clear result.
✅ What will your student walk away knowing or doing differently?
✅ What’s the before → after transformation you’re guiding them through?
That’s your offer. Not the slides. Not the platform. The promise.
✨ Step 2: Sell It Before You Build It
Yes, really.
✅ Write your sales page based on the result (not the modules)
✅ Offer a beta round or early access
✅ Use a waitlist or email sequence to launch it
This validates your idea, builds confidence, and funds your build-out.
✨ Step 3: Build the Curriculum as You Go
Once people are inside, you create weekly (or every other week) lessons and drip them / make them available one at a time.
✅ Use AI to help outline your lessons
✅ Record one video at a time
✅ Upload it to a simple platform (I recommend Systeme.io if you're just starting out or Kajabi if you're a little more experienced)
Fact: Done is always better than delayed.
No one’s asking for cinematic production or 20 years of experience.
They just want you—your story, your method, your voice.
They're looking for someone to be just a few steps ahead of them to help lead them.
That's you. Let them in.
You just need to be 10% ahead of your clients to be 100% of value and service to them.
You’ve already walked the path.
Now it’s time to light the way.
