How I Use AI to Save 10+ Hours a Week in My Online Business

I’m not automating everything (ok not everything... but I do automate a lot, lol).
But I am offloading anything that doesn’t require my brain or energy.
Here’s how that looks in real life:
✨ 1. Course Content Development (2–3 Hours Saved)
When I create a new digital product or course update, I don’t start from scratch.
I ask ChatGPT:
“Here is information about who I want to help [insert info about your dream student/client]. Create a 4-module course on [topic]. Include lesson breakdowns, learning outcomes, and catchy module titles.”
Then I edit and infuse my voice.
What used to take me days, now takes one focused hour - or less.
✅ Works for: course outlines, bonus ideas, lesson drafts
✨ 2. Email & Launch Copy (3–4 Hours Saved)
I never write email sequences from a blank doc anymore.
I ask ChatGPT:
“Write a 5-part email series to sell a course that helps [audience] go from [pain point] to [result].
Tone: warm, strategic, clear.”
Then I copy/paste, revise, and plug it into Systeme.io or Kajabi.
✅ Works for: pre-launch, post-freebie, and evergreen nurture emails
✨ 3. Weekly Content Planning (2+ Hours Saved)
Instead of writing a new post, reel, and email every week from scratch, I use AI to repurpose.
Prompt example:
“Turn this blog post into 3 Instagram captions, 1 email, and 5 story ideas.”
Suddenly, I have a week’s worth of content based on one idea.
I schedule it using Metricool (one of my fave simple tools).
✅ Works for: consistent content with minimal effort
✨ 4. Operations & VA Support (1–2 Hours Saved)
I also use AI to create simple SOPs or checklists for my VA.
Prompt:
“Write a step-by-step checklist for uploading a course video to Systeme.io.”
Now I don’t have to manually explain things every time.
I use Slack to communicate with my team.
✅ Works for: onboarding, systems, repeat tasks
It’s not about doing nothing. It’s about doing what matters.
AI doesn’t replace your voice.
